i found the staff very friendly. their breakfast was really lovely, it had so many choices. the location was also very quiet, it allowed restful nights.
the junior suite, it ended up a bit dark. it only had just the one window, a slight shame. the air conditioning, it wasn't the best as i hoped. it struggled to keep up, especially when the sun shine.

the breakfast was acceptable. it wasn't amazing but did the job.
The room i got was not great. It felt quite dark. also, the air conditioning was pretty ineffective! it struggled to keep the room cool, and i woke up sweating each night. I reported it, but nothing changed . the towels were also quite old. They felt rough and thin!

I stayed in the junior suite and loved the extra space. the mallorcan interior was authentic. the bed was huge and comfortable. the breakfasts were superb. The fresh fruit was beautifully presented.
my room was very dark, it only have one window. i think better lighting would improve the room.

The location was central enough, down a quiet side street.
My room was on the third floor. Lugging my suitcase up those stairs was a real pain. Also the breakfast was very uninspired. The breakfast room itself was not attractive at all.
