The hotel is wonderfully located in the center of the old town, close to all historical buildings, shopping streets, and restaurants, offering a quiet retreat with a lovely pool and a great breakfast. However, the rooms could benefit from some refreshment, and the dining experience was mixed.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were plain despite having a private terrace overlooking the pool, and the view of scaffolding was quite disappointing for the price of €185. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, making sure every request was met promptly. The location was perfect, being centrally located in old town Palma close to key attractions. The dining options were satisfactory, but I wished for more variety, especially in hot food choices. Overall, the facilities were well-tended and perfect for a relaxing stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service was exceptional with incredibly welcoming and helpful staff, the room we stayed in was a bit noisy at night, and the property lacked atmosphere. On the bright side, the location was fabulous, close to everything we needed, and the small pool area was a nice surprise.
